I'll Have What Mike's Having
Instead of adding yet another writeup to the already massive pile of writeups for the Jones 10 Miler, here's an excellent writeup of the day's event from my GLRR teammate,
and running soul mate, Mike Girouard (we were side-by-side for most of the race, and he finished 4 seconds in front of me). I can confirm that Mikey has a nice ass.

If you JUST select our PRs at mile, 5k, 13.1 and 26.2, the similarities are kind of scary, and that's over a pretty big range.
ReplyDelete(Technically my mile PR is faster than that but it's from 30 years ago in high school...so above is my internet-era PR for sure.)
